Mission Reunion

Over two extremely fast years have past since I returned home from my mission. Sometimes I cannot believe that it really was that long ago. Last night Chris and I went to my mission reunion in Salt Lake. As I saw many of the people that I knew in my mission it did not seem like 2-3 years had passed.

The best part of the whole night was seeing my mission president, President Goodrich. I have so much respect and love for him. He is such a great and humble man and had so much love for his missionaries. I am so grateful for the opportunity I had to meet him, learn from him and let those experiences guide my life.

Sadly I have lost contact with many of the people I taught in California. I still think about them often and they will always have a speical place in my heart. There were many hard days on the mission as well as many great days. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to serve, learn, and grow. I hope and pray that I can keep the lessons I learned in my heart forever and let them guide my life.
